Accessibility Statement
Accessibility matters twice in this business: on this website, and on the entrances we service. Both are covered below.
Our aim for this site
This site is built to be usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader, and at increased text sizes, working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines at level AA. It is a small site maintained by a small business, and we would rather hear about a problem than assume there is not one.
What we have done
- Text alternatives on meaningful images.
- Headings that follow a logical order rather than being chosen for size.
- Colour contrast checked against the AA threshold.
- Full keyboard operation, including visible focus.
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and at high zoom.
Known limits
Third-party components such as analytics and call-tracking scripts are not fully under our control. Where one of them creates a barrier, we will look for an alternative.
Accessibility on the doors themselves
Accessible entrances carry measurable requirements — opening force, closing speed, clear width, and hardware operable without tight grasping or twisting among them. We service doors against those requirements and measure rather than estimate, particularly on low-energy automatic operators where a door set too fast is a genuine hazard.
If a complaint about an entrance is what brought you here, say so on the call. It changes what gets measured on the visit and what the written findings need to record.
Telling us about a problem
Call (333) 333 333 or use the contact page and describe what you were trying to do, what got in the way, and the device or assistive technology you were using. We will respond and, where we can, fix it.
