Get In Touch
Tell us what the door is doing and what building it is on. A service coordinator will scope it with you, give you a realistic range, and book a technician who works on that kind of opening.
Talk to a coordinator
Door problems get diagnosed far faster out loud than in a contact form. Two minutes on the phone usually identifies the likely failure, the right technician, and whether this is a same-day issue or a scheduled one.

Useful to have ready
- Site address, suite number, and any dock or gate access details.
- Door type: aluminum storefront, hollow metal, wood, or automatic.
- What it is doing — not latching, slamming, dragging, not securing, not opening.
- Who authorizes the repair, and whether a landlord or PO is involved.
What makes the visit go well
- 01
A photo of the opening
One shot of the door closed and one of the hardware tells a technician more than a paragraph. Include the closer arm and the strike if you can get to them.
- 02
The history, not just the symptom
Did it start after the cold snap, after a delivery hit it, after somebody adjusted a screw? The event before the failure usually names the cause.
- 03
Trading hours and quiet windows
Drilling and door removal are loud. Knowing when the site can absorb that means the disruptive part gets scheduled where it hurts least.
- 04
Authorization and paperwork requirements
Landlord sign-off, purchase order references, vendor portals, insurance certificates. Sorting this before dispatch avoids a technician standing idle on your clock.
- 05
Whether the building is currently exposed
A door that will not secure is a different priority from a door that squeaks. Say which one you have and the queue reflects it.
Where we work
Charlotte is the core, with regular routes north to Huntersville and Concord, northeast to Harrisburg, east along US 74 through Matthews and Indian Trail, and south into Fort Mill. Buildings just outside that ring are worth asking about, particularly for multi-site accounts.
Whatever the location, the process is the same: scope on the phone, survey on site, written findings, then a firm figure you approve before the work portion starts.
